Micelles form when special molecules called surfactants mix with water. These molecules have two sides:
- one that loves water (hydrophilic)
- one that avoids water (hydrophobic)
Because of this, they automatically arrange themselves into a tiny sphere:
- the water-avoiding parts tuck safely into the center
- the water-loving parts stay on the outside
- creating a micelle — a small, protective bubble around the nutrient
Most micelles break down quickly, but MitaCell’s patented process stabilizes them, meaning:
- they stay intact longer
- they remain uniformly dispersed
- they protect the active ingredient

Meet Dr. Natalie Greenberg

Mitacell’s medical direction is led by Dr. Natalie Greenberg, a licensed naturopathic doctor with extensive experience in integrative medicine, chronic illness, and longevity therapies.
Her journey into cellular health began long before she became a doctor.
While completing her undergraduate studies at Columbia University, Dr. Greenberg became seriously ill from mold exposure and Lyme disease, a period that forced her to search beyond conventional treatment.
When standard approaches failed to provide answers, she spent years studying natural medicine firsthand, experimenting with botanicals, immune therapies, Rife technology, detoxification strategies, nutritional systems, bee venom therapy, fasting, and more.
She became her own patient and, in the process, discovered her calling.
As a Doctor, Dr. Greenberg saw the same pattern again and again in clinical practice:
